Survey application

We have an existing HTML5/JavaScript code which is the Dashboard user interface for our management solution. We need to add a few basic features to it which includes: (a) adding more buttons to perform other AJAX calls to our back-end; (b) filtering a list upon request to show active or inactive elements in an existing list and (c) adding two extra screens with some controls on it using existing layout and [login to view URL] uses jQuery and Bootstrap elements, requires no page loading and constructs UI elements dynamically as needed. Developer will have access to all HTML5/JavaScript code and AJAX interface documentation.
