Hello sir, I have worked on similar apps before I believe what you are targeting is to allow the user to block a list of unwanted numbers. This can be achieved by listening to the call service of the device. If there's is an incoming cal we can compare it to the list we have and decide whether or not to receive the call. I can do this with a beautiful and easy to use UI within the stipulated time. Pleas do mention the other features you wrote in the proposal so I can access if they are possible.
