Simpele Phonegap (Cordova) App

This app should be simple and simple and simple. Can u build a simple app.. phonegap*Cordov}a} // it should just stream an URL... you are to build only play and stop. When the app is active it should be notified on the top with an icon. When it the stream is stoped it should stop entirely ... : The app should not open double only once when ii is already active. A profi should take an hour to complete this task. The APP should be able to work on android 2.2 or 2.3 above. Do not forget to add [login to view URL] in the project. app will later be converted to other devices..like IOS, blackberry and u name it.... Low budget... but more task for a successful worker...
