Blackberry VOIP Application

i need a VOIP application for blackberry that ads a new option in BlackBerry Messenger's contact menu to call that contact. it uses the internet (EDGE, 3G, wifi etc ...) and blackberry's calling features (like you normally would call someone, except that this app is VOIP) to make calls. there needs to be two services and an option for users to purchase premium accounts.
