I want an app made for both iOS and android. it is an audio recording app that needs to save the past 15 seconds of audio every time you press the button. i want a website with the link to the app in the app store and google play, use Dropbox"s API and make the app send the user notifications to their phone. i want the app to be BEAUTIFULLY designed. i have posted this project mulitiple time because the freelancers i have chosen have failed me one way or the other. if you bid on this project you must tell me why you think you can do this app other wise i will not respond. i know alot of frelancers just send the same message to every project. also this project needs to be finish fast and i have a strict budget of $1500 for this projectif you bid anything higher i will not respond either.
