I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. An alarm clock 1) it must have the option to take away "emergency dismiss" in the settings 2) it must have the option to prevent phone turn off in the settings 3) and lastly, it must have a settings option where u cant reduce the volume of the alarm once it has gone off.
