Parallel Space - Multiple Accounts using flutter

Hi, I want an android application like Parallel space which should allow user to run parallel applications including gallery, contacts, applications (which user can download). it should be password protected as well with option of taking picture if some one try to open. It should be compatible with latest version of android and backward compatible with old android versions. We need to create this app in Flutter using Dart language. Thanks, Team Plasma Developers
