we need a small app done to take snaps and upload the pictures to a server. a. server upload url should be configurable. b. each app will have a unique appid. c. when the app is started the phone number and the appid will be registered with the server. d. there will be two screens: login/ shoot phot screens after loggin in, the user will hold the camera and shoot the photo and if he she is happy with the photo will send the photo to the server. when he clicks ok, it goes back to the login screen ======================================== no milestone payment will be made without seeing the full owrking app all payments will be made on delivery.

I have already a working prototype of such application. It can be modified for your needs. Hope you have test web server to connect to? As disscussed in conversation. I create a web application (you have installed Tomcat server, JRE and DataBase to store data) and Android application with some limitation. 1. I'm not sure that application can retrieve phone number from phone in case that user haven't provided to the phone. 2. You should provide desirable database scheme also. 3. Image names I think it is a server stuff.
