Resturant E-Menu

We need an android app that enables customers to make orders in restaurants. The idea is that customers would come and sit on the table and will use the tablet to order from the menu in the restaurant. The order will be received by the reception. The reception would be able to specify the time needed to prepare the order whihc will be reflected on the customers' side. Once the order is ready and delivered to the table, the waiter or the customer himself will be able to confirm that the order is received by clicking received (This would help the restaurant management to track response time). When the customer views the menu, he can view prices and enter his preferences for any item he chooses and the quantity. After the customer finish eating, he can evaluate the service. He can also subscribe to the e-mailing list or the SMS list to receive newsletter from the same restaurant. It should also enable the customer to ask for receipt once he is finished eating or he can pay online using a services like Paypal. He can specify the tip he wants to put. It should display any taxes if included in the total. He can order from his own phone on the table if he enters the identifying token of the table (which he can acquire through QR code) he is sitting in. He can save the table in his favorites so that he can reserve it in the future. The app should be visually impressive and should have some kind of feedback when the user clicks on menu items. It should wok smoothly without glitches. The app should work on different screen sizes. The user interface should be bilingual. The app should work in offline mode. it should work if it is disconnected from the internet by showing a cached version of the menu. In that case, the app should send the order details to the reception through Wireless LAN if possible or store it locally and sync saved orders with the server later once it is connected. The app should have some mechanism that can prevent people from minimizing it. The app would be only the interface; we will develop the back-end and supply the web services (RESTful) needed. Web services will be prepared in-parallel. The app developers should create some dummy web-services that should supply test data (Dependency injection).
