Role based Android Application

This application will enable communication between 2 different set of users based on their roles. Two different sets of users based on 2 different roles. Role 1 and Role 2. Role 2 to contact Role 1 but not vice versa. Role 1 user can post their messages in a common area based on their location preference. Role 1 user can post and can see other posts from all Role 1 users based on location. Role 2 user cannot post but can see all posts from all Role 1 users. Role 2 can initiate a message/notification to Role 1 but not vice versa. Users can login using face book. Look and feel different for both roles. Basic look and feel. We can get to UI details once this is in progress, basic UI - 2 or 3 tabs per Role. This application should be location based, mile range to be provided (Slider for increasing or decreasing miles)
