We have an existing Ionic app written in Ionic v 1.1.1 and created iOS and Android binaries from it. For this job, we're looking for someone to create a Windows Phone 10 binary from our existing Ionic app that is ready for distribution in the Windows Phone App Store. The app makes use of push notifications using the cordova plugin phonegap-plugin-push. Moreover, we require a small sample application written in Java to send push notifications to Windows Phone.

I am a windows developer, I write c#/wpf applications and also develop PhoneGap apps. I work with angaurjs and javascript when projects require. I can write a native windows 10 application and a c# (not java) push service hosted on a Microsoft azure service if this is ok. I have quotes high as I don't know much about the application, but will re-quote if it is a lot simpler once I understand a bit more.
