Live Chat Similar to Alibaba buyer/seller chat for our website www360kmall.com

I need someone to design and implement for us a Live chat program that will be used on our ecommerce website http://www.360kmall.com. This chat program will allow shoppers and sellers have live chat like in [login to view URL] . the live chat program should function exactly like that of Alibaba. It should be able to a) Detects when either the seller of an item is login and indicates their status below the item being sold as Seller is Online - Chat Now and if not login, this indicator below the item being sold and being view should be Seller offline. b) enable shoppers to leave a message to sellers who are offline at the moment and notify seller by email that someone has left them a message with a question about item # xyz they are selling on [login to view URL] . enable sellers to see details on the message when they login to the program and not on the email. they will view and response to their messages from their control panel once login c) enable shoppers to Request a Phone call from the an item seller who is either online or not. This function will pull requestor phone number from a database and send it to the seller using email notification. This function request should i) send out an email to identified seller of an item that a shopper is requesting a phone call from them providing them with a number to call and time to call… indicate Region Time (East Time, Mountain etc) ii) Include a subject line with a brief reason for the call request (mandatory) the requestor must provide the subject line indicating why they want the call. iii) include also some details description why they want the call (mandatory) d) All chat transcripts should be saved in SQL Server 2008 R2 tables using store procedures. e) Also request for phone calls should be logged in the database also using store procedures This solution should be written as ASP.NET solution using C#, and call to database should be made with store procedures. it will be integrated to 360Kmall by our programmers with possible help of the developer if needed. Anyone bidding for this project must have implemented live chat program before and ready to demo it. Anyone with this experience will easily win the project. We are not inventing the wheel here.
