need perl expert who has basic knowledge of rtorrent

I have 2 seperate perl scripts. Script 1: automaticaly downloads files and uploads them to bittorrent tracker script 2: automaticaly uploads files and uploads them to movie hosting site Both are working great now. I need a perl expert who has some knowledge about usin rTorrent, so I could combine those 2 scripts, so it would be possible to: Automaticaly download files using 1st script (yeah this is already possible without any problems), upload them to bittorrent tracker (working great too), but in addition I need it to be possible to automatically start 2nd script so it would upload files to movie hosting too and after POST to a [login to view URL] with some variables. It is really much easier as it sounds because both scripts are working, I just have no knowledge of PERL myself, so I can not combine them.
