blog/forum posting bot

I need a mass blog / www board submitter... The submitter should find and post specified ad to a large number of blogs and/or www message boards. Ability to post to many different guestbooks, message boards and different types of blogs [not just MT]. Ability to find and post to as many different blog servers as possible. Being pre-loaded with lists would be an advantage. Server based or desktop. Must be able to use with proxies for privacy. I don't mind if there are many different modules, as long as I can get the variety of boards and blogs. Ideally we would like to extract a list of blogs from something like [login to view URL] When bidding, please outline what you are able to provide and achieve.
