Various website creation and expansion

We have several retail-shopping websites that we want to continue expanding. We will send you the products and you create the pages...downloading the pictures and inputting the correct info into the shopping carts. We also want to create many new domains with similar material, which will require some graphics work. The new domains will require some cgi or java shopping cart work. We are also looking for someone with good knowledge of cgi/perl to troubleshoot some existing cgi script problems. We are looking for a single individual who will work with us ongoingly at a low hourly rate.
