A tool to be created that compares two text files and displays the differences between them. It is to be created using Perl (5.10) and needs to be implemented using regular expressions. The text files will be in English, German or Japanese and will be in UTF-8 encoding. As a sample I've attached some text files. You will be comparing JaText against JaText2 and GermanText against GermanText2. Preferably unicode ranges are used in the implementation. I will also have further text files to test the tool. I would hope for this to take 4 days to implement.

I have worked on perl and specilly on regular Expression Matching... so i can do this work... I would like to know, what kind of Output you need..How should it display the resultant difference if any...
