I'm seeking a professional photographer for high-quality photography of a flat that I am listing. This property is currently vacant, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. The primary areas to focus on will be the living room, bedrooms, and the kitchen, portraying them in the most appealing light. In terms of lighting requirements, I have a preference for natural lighting. Therefore, the timing of the shoot should be planned to take full advantage of daylight. Photos should accentuate the space, layout, and aesthetic appeal of each room. The ideal freelancer for this job will bring experience in real estate or interior design photography. Hi, this sounds like a great project. Natural light is great but to do this I would still bring a a reflector too with me to get a good balance of lighting - I would also advise I bring my light but understand if you are against this. We would get a range of excellent detail closeups and wide-angle shots that show the full range of the space in question. Also we can re-arrange a few things just to get the very best framing of our images which is very common in real-estate photography. The postcode you mentioned has some amazing Georgian terraces so if it is set in one of them we really want to be able to get the scale of the room and the high-ceilings. I have all my equipment and would love to know a bit more about the project - i.e. how you are going to list it. I can provide some examples of my photography as well if you message me!
