Coding for ready auction template grahics

I need HTML coding for an auction template graphics included in attachment. Conditions: Adjustable width. All text must be coded in HTML not displayed from images. I will not accept such a solution where you cut the image in parts and link the pictures. The only elements that are allowed to be displayed from images are: -Icons -Banner but not description on it. -Fragment of background images. Elements should be positioned with CSS. You will have to host images on your server for development. I will replace them once project is completed. I also include all text used on template in the attachment. Project must be completed within 12 hours. Payment will be released only after completed project is delivered and accepted.
