Board game art: 20-30 300X600 dpi fish and 1-29 300x600 DPI Submarines, and Game Board

The fish all must come from zones of the Pacific, and from multiple depths, and style may be very simple since the game printer chits are 1"X2" at 300DPI. Art may be simple, cartoonish (but accurate). I would need greater creativity in the submarines- a mix of sci-if style and steampunk, backyard made bathysphere type creations. I would need rights to all art made for the game, tochange and use it as I see fit (only for this game, any unrelated usage would be negotiated but the artist) would be well credited. I would pay, but obviously need a lot of art! The board would be a single ship atop a small section of reef atop a gradient from light to dark blue, ending in a narrow chasm wit ha Cthulhu/giant Squid tentacle emerging. Would need 10 submarine upgrades like torpedoed, armor, O2, sonar, even x(each would be printed 2-4 times). Game rules have already been developed, art may be tweaked throughout play testing. Game would be self published, or professional video editors would help crowdfund, after which more extensive artwork may be commissioned. A list of creatures and upgrades would be supplied to hired illustrator. If you can't create all that I ask in the $1k-$2k range, feel free to let me know what you could do, and crowdfunding may cover the rest for better quality and detail.
