Design eines Webseiten-Modells

Hi, i need a photoshop psd (website design, no coding required, coding will do someone else). Should be for a training and coaching with video content. A frontpage and some innerpages. At the moment i, myself has no idea about the design/look. But before we start, we have to talk about the look. It should not look like the higly professional ready-made-templates on the theme-marke and it should't not look like a very huge company!!!! It should look like a professionel website for a personal trainer/ coaching and training website for use in germany!!! So a creative designer is searched for.
