IndexU Directory: Need to fix several things in the system

I got a directory website using IndexU 7.2 system from [login to view URL] and it seems the system still has lots of bugs and now I encounter several problem since I cannot activate several things in the system. 1. The add form should has Reciprocal Link which check the submitted website with the reciprocal link of ours in their website. I try to activate it from Control Panel and it seems impossible since nothing is change. 2. I need to add extra line with text and checkbox. This checkbox is to ask someone to check it for them to agree with our Terms and Condition. If anyone had experience with IndexU 7.2 Directory, you may bid with this project and shows your IndexU latest project. I'm willing to spend $25 for this assistance. Please do not bid higher then that since you will be ignored.
