121904 Custom Social Networking Site

I want a custom social networking script with very specific specs / design (as far as the script). See attached files for description and design specifications. This can be in php or any other scripting format (so long as its server efficient/scalable) mysql or postgress for the database Please comment on details so I know you actually looked/read over the project.
