302535 Register form and 2 scripts

I need a form coded for my membership site that the customer will fill out and select their desired membership term length (30 or 90 days) and also collect their contact information and store it. I do not want to ask them to create a username and password until they return from the gateway successfully. I already have a form I would like you to use for this. After creating their username and password is when I want their data stored. The user's information must not be stored if the sale is not successful. I also need two scripts to do the following: - One that will detect when memberships are about to expire 7 days and then also 24 hours prior and send them and myself an email notification on both occasions. You must also code a renewal function that will attach a link in the email asking to renew membership and extend it if clicked and payment made. - One that will delete accounts from my database and related site files found that are expired which were not renewed. When users upload to my site, folders are created named after their usernames which would need to be deleted. Your work must be fully commented.
