188161 TTS Facebook Application

Before I start describing the project, let me mention that I have never made a Facebook application before, nor do I know anything about how to. I'll need the winning programmer to set everything up for me and explain how to do things to edit the Facebook application. I want to create a text-to-speech message application in Facebook. Sounds like quite a task, eh? I have the text-to-speech stuff down now, and I have a server that can run the commands externally (so when the Facebook application calls the script on my server, it should be able to return the wav file with the message). Basically, the facebook application needs to allow users to send messages to each other, but instead of being text, once the sending user inputs the message, it turns into spoken audio when the receiving user goes to pick up the message. The application should have a way to set a maximum number of messages in a user's inbox, and should have a way to set a maximum number of messages sent in a single day. The application should also allow the administrator of it to add in advertisement messages at the start and end of each sent audio message. Once we have a base application developed, most likely, I'll want to expand on it, and whoever the programmer is will be the programmer for the life of the application. Due to the confusing nature of this script, I have a few requirements for the programmer who chooses to do this project: 1. English MUST be spoken and written properly. 2. It is REQUIRED that you have created a Facebook application before. 3. I must have a written contract that states that I will own the application once it is created. 4. I need to know that once we begin, you will not back out, and that you will be around to make edits once the application is off the ground. As I said above, I have no experience with Facebook applications, so I cannot help with much of the development. I need someone who is skilled in the area to get this thing off the ground.
