Convert asp page to asp.net 2.0 using c#(repost)

Looking for a switched on asp.net c# developer who is able to think outside of the box, and who is keen to use visual studio 2005. I currently have an asp page that needs to be converted to asp.net 2.0, plus several enhancements, and yes there will be more work later on. I don't mind helping out here and there, or bouncing ideas back and forth. I am always open to suggestions on how to do things better. What I am after is someone to convert the following grid to asp.net 2.0, using c#, plus a few extra enhancements contained in the attached document. ** You can either use the grid contained in asp.net 2.0 or the grid from telerik.
