interactive website

Hi I am looking for a personal website. I need this to be a bespoke (a unique) website not a template that has just been changed a little to suit my needs. I do not mind having something based on a template but it has to be very proffessional. The person who does this must have good graphical knowledge so it looks very smooth and clean, the graphics on the site are just as important as the programming. I would like the buttons to be in flash, there will be roughly 7 pages accessible from the main buttons, then sub buttons can be accessed from some of the pages. The website is for a dj and music producer, so an example of a main button would be 'Dj diary'. Then on the 'DJ diary' page there would be a list of dj dates, each with an option of having an image. When a dj date is clicked this takes you to a page where more information about that dj gig is displayed. Very similar with the main page which will have news articles, each with an image. Once an image is clicked it takes you to a page where there is the whole news article. All pretty simple stuff up to now. It would be good (if possible) to have members join the site, then they can access each news article or dj gig and post comments. Some of the specified pages can have user areas where they can post comments. Also the members can have access to different pages that non members cannot. mp3 : i would like a basic mp3 player on the page. there are a few standard flash players that i have found that can be easily adapted, unless you have any other ideas? html : only the buttons (and maybe a few other images) will be in flash, but if the user does not have flash when first going into the webpage it would be good for the site to auto-detect this and take the user to the same site but without flash...basically just static versions of the flash buttons. some ideas of the pages involved : news Dj diary (list of gigs, maybe it can be coded so that there are 2 pages, the first is a list of 'past gigs', the second is a list of 'future gigs'. the code says that when the date has passed it automatically moves into 'past gigs' biography (static page) discography (some tracks will have links to audio samples) media - (contains : audio, video, downloads) (this page has a link to a radio show, also samples of tunes, a link to an online store (which is also being advertised on GAF), message board (lots of templates out there to adapt) links (static page) studio gallery (photo gallery, also users can uplaod their pictures to the gallery) This will all need developing with the winning bidder so i am open to suggestions on how to work on these things. the site needs to graphically look very good and unique, and also have good user interaction.
