Custom Bots For A Chat Network / Social Network!

Im currently running a windows virtual private server, domain, ircx server, website and webchat. I need someone who can create, install, configure and or modify a bot. I want it to look something like the ones listed in modeling another site. Please advise your recommendations such as size, installation, price, what it should be programmed and coded in ect. How this project is done is up to the worker. I will recommended what this should be coded / programmed but I am open to other ideas as well.
