5013 page like wordpress tags

Should be a very simple job I want a script that I can put words into and they will appear like the front page of [login to view URL] ie. the size of the first line will be bigger than the next and so on and so on. I will input the words myself into an admin locked data-entry box Admin will also give me a url to enter like [login to view URL] etc so that the tags will be appropriate links. Key is to design css so that it will work indeprndently of whatever other css may be present on the page. Also wont font style etc control in css. Only soze should be automatic line by line. Back end will have some kind of include file which I can put on any page I want to display tags.
