After installation of Fooman Speedster extension, Magento Connect Manager was broken. I couldn't sign in again to Connect Manager because it was showing a blank page and when using [login to view URL] it was throwing an exception. That was fixed by another developer only when he fixed it all previous extensions in Magento Connect disappeared. I thought that by installing a new extension the previous may appear again so I tried installing Magento Orders Export extension but that didn't make them appear again (they still all appear in System>Configuration>Advanced however) and created other problems. For example some orders are not loading when you open them in admin and I cannot add a product to my shopping cart on my Mac because I get a link: (/checkout/cart/add/uenc/aHR0cDovL3d3dy5waW5rY2FyYWNjZXNzb3JpZXNzaG9wLmNvbS9waW5rLWNhci1hY2Nlc3Nvcmllcy9waW5rLWNhci1zZWF0LWNvdmVycy9waW5rLWZyb250LWNhci1zZWF0LWNvdmVycy9waW5rLWxlb3BhcmQtY2FyLXNlYXQtY292ZXJzLmh0bWw_X19fU0lEPVU,/product/28/) and a blank page yet it works for others on Windows...
