AOL proxy checker in Darkmailer

Hi all, I'm looking to find a program that would check AOL proxies into Darkmailer and keep them fresh and updated every 15 minutes automatically all day long. It needs to load a list of proxies from a URL or FTP, check them, then output a clean list and upload them into Darkmailer. Can you help me please?
