MySQL Customer database in PHP

I need to create a nice user interface with some functions and reports for a fairly simple customer / product database. The database is implemented in mySQL. The code needs to be in PHP. Please see attached schema. The functions I need are: Logon Add company Add partner Add product Add user Add usercomment Delete company Delete partner Delete product Delete user Delete usercomment Change company Change partner Change product Change user Change usercomment Show company Show partner Show product Show user Show usercomment These functions should be in a side or top bar while the data is displayed in the main frame. These tables have an 'id' such as company id, userid, etc to refer amongst each other. When displayed, the actual company or user name should be displayed. When 'Show usercomment' is done, then it should be in order by date and time. The logon will validate the user against the salesperson table. I need the following reports: Users by next call date Users by company Products sold by company Company by next maintenance due date ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows, linux
