Whois Query by Creation Date

I need to be able to do a whois query by Creation date (Domain registration date). All I need is a simple form where I can input the Date and all domain names registered on that date will be returned to me with the ability to click on the name and view their Whois data (ie. [[login to view URL]][1]). I need this programmed in PHP.
