Advanced Video Player in flash

Hello I need to create an advanced video player in flash! this player should be able to create a playlist of several videos and play them one after the other automatically! for instance, a user may drag 3 videos into the playlist and the video player should play all of them one after the other automatically... Also the user should be able to provide effects to any particular video like give it a tint of red colour, or probably have a fade in effect during the transition from one video to another!
