Car Related Website Template Inc Flash

We are looking for a professional, smart and ultra modern template design for our car related website. We only require an actual template. As our website is based in different countries we require the same template for each country but the flash file would need to change colour throughout the countries in order to look unique for that country. We have A site index for USA, Australia, and the UK. We would require each page for each country to be different and recognisable to that country. Requirements would include a small flash header for each country. The flash header will need to be ultra modern, fast loading and fast flashy animations (Apprx 800x300px & 5-6 Seconds animation only) We would require up to 6 Flash animations which will only have small differences in each animation such as country flag and website logo for each site. Template must be modern and suit Lexus and Toyota car brand. The content area can be left blank or sample text. We shall be inserting our content and cms system. Important requirements 1. Search Engine friendly 2. Small size flash files 3. No cheesey sounds within the flash. No audio really required. 4. Menu to be CSS with actual text links for SEO, But styled to look like buttons. 5. Fully editbale CSS styles 6. Designer must be fluent with flash to meet any needs we have. 7 Animation to not exceed more than 6 Seconds upon loading. 8. Menu to be modern and flowing, but not bear looking. 9 Must be unique... must not be a purcahsed template elsewhere. Must be more modern than [login to view URL] We shall supply high res images. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
