Flash & osCommerce not working together?

We have a couple of osCommerce websites that have Flash headers or Flash in the index page somewhere. Those Flash movies have links in them and they do not work, but only on the index page. We need to find out what is causing this issue and get it fixed asap. Here is the link to one of them. [login to view URL] If you try to click on the links in the top right on the home page, it will not go to the link, but if you go to another page and click on the links, they work. And it's the same exact Flash file.
