High Impact & End User Site Needed

Web 2.0 style of development, and completion of additional components to the current site. 1. User Portal (Unique profile and registration for each person) 2. Portal will allow each user to select custom parameters for their desired product(s) 3. Email notifications for each user 4. Enhanced search utility/tool for products on site (current have a basic one) 5. GEO coding and mapping on Google & Bing maps for products 6. Secure communication system/tool to interface with multiple parties on the system 7. Document storage for each user and linked to their User Portal 8. Custom notifications via email & text for each user and linked to User Portal 9. Multiple inbound data sources for product details and data manipulation into desired format on site 10. Charting, Graphs, Stats displaying information using inbound data 11. Forms & data capture (email out & also store in SQL DB) 12. Administrator e-mails to users based upon triggers from the system and also campaigns based upon specific time periods 13. Ability to scrap one site for specific data and display on this site Requirements & Technologies: 1. Web 2.0 Proficient in style & visual design 2. HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL 3. Brower Compatibility must include: IE, Firefox, Safari, iPad ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform This will be on the current website. This is a web site and there will not be any other platform but WWW delivery.
