Joomla Header

I have a joomla 1.5 site called: www.thebibleinmyheart.com. I need someone to make a joomla header for me for the site. I want the header to be similar in style and scope to this website's header: [login to view URL] I have 2 Bible usb's (one cross and one bible shaped) pics that I want integrated into the header. In addition I want the sites colors to match the headers color so you will have to change the css file in Joomla. Lastly I would like to have a top menu(tab) added the page for more navigation. Simple to add in Joomla. To recap: 1. Header with the 2 pics of my usb similar to site above 2. Have the site's color match the header 3. Add top menu(tab) of existing website links ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
