A Freelancer created a website for us in Wordpress, but did not help us make necessary changes. We now need to hire an additional Freelancer to assist us with these changes for www.hayesparkvillage.com. We're looking for someone who wants to develop a relationship with us & provide continued support through both phases of this project. This is a 2-phase website. Phase 1 is infrastructure phase & Phase 2 is home construction / final / sale phase. Freelancer requirements: • Must be interested & willing to provide support for 6 months to 1 year. • Must speak English as primary language Phase 1: (Revisions needed immediately - This is a "teaser" website - provides information with an area for VIP sign-up) 1. Fix fonts at all areas 2. Disclaimers at all locations 3. Crop pictures & repost with no white edges 4. "Coming Soon" banner at top of site 5. "Be first in line" - add to VIP list 6. Add "Individual plans & elevations coming soon" 7. Add detail renderings of front elevations 8. Insert "Countdown Clock" to release/completion of project 9. Add site plan with lots, etc. 10. "X" (to close) at each tab 11. Change VIP requirements to only Name, Email & How did you hear about us Phase II (Revisions needed in March/April 2014 - Should look more like a full website - additional changes to follow as project progresses) 1.
