Project of voice recognition and automatic captioning for videos. The project is to create a system of automatic speech recognition for videos uploaded to a website to make an automated captioning in French . Features system requirements: • The Videos who must be captioned are in the h.264 format (MPEG -4 AVC) which have been previously converted using FFMPEG, however the system will be configurable if there in the future there is a change in the input format. • The system must run on a linux web server (debian or ubuntu). • The system must perform voice recognition from French videos. • The interface of the system will be in HTML5/PHP to be integrated on a web page. • The system must display the soundtrack waveform of each videos and a text field to allow the user who uploaded the file to correct the subtitles in case of system errors. • The subtitle of the videos will be recoverable (sent in a text file or a mysql database for example). • The system must be free of rights. Le projet consiste à créer un système de reconnaissance vocale automatique pour des vidéos uploadées sur un site internet pour en réaliser le sous-titrage de manière automatisé en français. Caractéristiques requises du système : • Les vidéos devant être sous-titrées seront au format h.264 (MPEG-4 AVC) qui ont été préalablement converti à l’aide de FFMPEG, cependant le système devra pouvoir être paramétrable pour pouvoir changer de format d’entrée à l’avenir si besoin. • Le système devra fonctionner sur un serveur web linux type debian ou ubuntu • Le système devra réaliser la reconnaissance vocale de vidéo en français. • L’interface du système devra être réalisé en HTML5/PHP de manière à être intégré sur une page web. • Le système devra afficher la forme d’onde de la bande son présente sur la vidéo ainsi qu’un champ de texte pour permettre à l’utilisateur ayant uploadé le fichier de corriger le sous-titrage en cas d’erreur du système. • Le sous-titrage de la vidéo devra pouvoir être récupérable (envoyé dans un ficher de type texte ou une base de donnée mysql par exemple). • Le système devra être libre de droits.
