Adult Billing solution plug in

Adult Content I want a plug in for epoch adult billing gateway created for the social engine 4 software platform. Plug in source code must be secured from end user. I must be able to provide the plug in the social engine license number prior to end user being delivered for install. The plug in must verify the license number with the social engine platform it is being installed on for a match, prior to being allowed to complete the install. The epoch billing gateway must function as the current two out of the box billing solutions provided with the software. I have a development server you are more that welcome to work on. I can provide access to the source code if you want to take a look. end solution must be installed, fully tested and completley debugged on my live site.
