.mov redirect file / java redirect

Hello, Im looking for something where I can put <embeded> tag and it will redirect RIGHT AWAY to an other website. Im looking for a tool that will build me this kind of file. I know it can be done with .mov redirect it called. I want to be able to make a .mov redirect file and to tell the tool where to do the redirect to and then it creates a .mov redirect file with the redirect i choosed. Need this A.S.A.P if you have other idea for this , let me know. I know so far thats the .mov redirect is exactly what I need. Thanks!
