Need to fix button setting on video

i need likejack script to put it in this page [login to view URL] i need hidden like button behind the play button .. so instead of asking user to share ..they only need to click play and there is hidden like button below the play button after they click PLAY (hidden like button) it redirect user to some other url i want it to not be detect it fast from facebook also i want to be able to disable the likejack so when they click play they go to the other link directly without like that way it will be slow in liking and fb does not detect it fast so we can avoid confirm pop up let me know if you can do it and how much .. thank you
