Make site view correctly in Firefox

I have a PHP site that does not view correctly in any version of Mozilla, including Firefox. By not view correctly, I mean it is not displaying the site as it does in IE5.5+. Part of the problem is that Mozilla is not interpreting the stylesheet correctly, which is called as part of a PHP include file combination, but there are also certain graphical elements that are being displayed incorrectly. I need this fixed in a non-destructive manner -- that is, in a way that does not change the existing site as it looks in IE5.5+. In short, the project is to get Firefox to view the site the way IE now does. Provider must create solution and apply it to the existing site after I provide server access information.
