88245 Social file sharing site

I need a script that is a social file sharing system. I need users to be able to signup and submit there files that would be hosted on sites like rapidshare and megaupload and more. Users should have there own space and be able to chat with others in an integrated forum. The forum script can be anything off the shelf as long as the user signup is automatically integrated. Think youtube for files (where the files are hosted on file host sites). If a youtube-like script can be simplified to work in this way that would be acceptable.
