web based quiz system

We require this a web based (HTML5) quiz system. Requirements: Database (mysql): 1. set up / remove / edit students including expiry date with ability of tagging to different groups, 2. set up / remove / edit group 3. set up / remove / edit test and exercises question bank 4. set up / remove / edit content providers 5. set up / remove / edit score board 6. set up / remove / edit inventory store 7. set up / remove / edit admin user with ability to create students Web page (HTML5) 1. All codes must complete with HTML5. 2. All quizes generated by random loading to Student's side 3. On submit, student's side upload form to server's side for marking 4. Display of student's result and score 5. Require to store student's score after each test 6. Require to convert student's script into PDF for future cross reference 7. All students must login in order to take test/ quiz 8. Web form for school admin to regenerate quiz script by random or manual pick from system or upload 9. All results and score to export to excel 10. All tests/quiz to link to google Text-to-speak Web store (HTML5) 1. display inventory listing 2. shopping cart link to paypal 3. registration form The above spec should cover 90% of the requirement.
