Wordpress Reskin - Plugin Work - Long term work

I have a blog using a plugin called mingle. It adds social networking capabilities to your blog. I need the output look changed to my design which is in psd format. The changes are mostly color/spacing/button changes. I attached a text file with a demo login information as well as screenshots of the psd file/new look I want. Please don't bid on this project if your not familiar with wordpress and php, I need this job done asap. Please include your skills/experience with wordpress/plugins/php in PM along with your bid, as well as your completion time. I need this done asap. I'm looking to work with the winner on a long term working relationship if possible. I have a ton of additional projects regarding wordpress. Communication via IM is very important. Please include how long your available on IM each day. It makes it easier to communicate and delegate work. I will pay the buyer after work completion, no exceptions.
