Linux./ windows Game Control panel

Well, Im not sure where to start what we need a is a web page interface that will allow customers to start/stop servers. These "servers" are game servers running on primarily Linux OS RH9 and Enterprise. The ability to edit [login to view URL]'s for each game would be a huge plus aswell. The program would need to be able to run on the client side through a web interface 100%.
