Small Magento Fixes

I need a good magento coder to do some fixes on magento site. The fixes are not too much and should be easy job for someone who knows magento well. 1. Fix Search Bar background and its popup when type anything. 2. Fix Top menu so it does not appear in 2 rows. i would like an option to exclude categories from top menu. i already have same function in other website which i will show you and you can copy code form there. 3. Add one more field on signup form. 4. Fix products page tabs function. 5. Few more simple tweaks. Max budget for the project is $40 so do not overbid as i will not accept.
