Opencart Module Development

Hi, We have an Open Cart website with 2 modules installed:- OpenBay Pro [login to view URL] and Openstock [login to view URL] The openstock plug in allows us to manage product options and give them an individual SKU numbers. We would like the child SKU appearing on the order/invoice. The model number currently displays however this isn't enough. This would need to be done without affecting any other installed modules on the site and any updates that may be made to the Openbay Pro and Openstock in the future.
