i have worked 5 years on a web based POS, and integrated the POS with EPX system and Authorize.Net. also worked many times with PayPal, 2CO, moneybookers, Knet for web and mobile native apps.

I have done projects like this. I have created a payment app for verifone terminals. I have made software for evo range of terminals (Vx820). I have the sdk, compilers, verifone support account. Only a developer with these can make a program for verifone terminals.
